During a course of Soul Coach sessions we focus on listening to your soul to the part of you that is unconditioned. Allowing the healing process to be accessed via a range of techniques including talk therapy, meditation, breathing, Reiki and spiritual regression. Working with my guides and intuition, I intend to shine light to wherever is needed within you and your life.

I offer a free 20 mins Soul Coach telephone consultation.

Sessions are bespoke and suited around the needs of the individual. Packages available can include personal meditation and energy check in's  inbetween sessions.
