I can attune you and mentor you on your journey through both healing modalities.
Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Advanced Reiki and Reiki Master. Munay Ki 9 rites, mentor and 10th.

Being qualified in autism awareness and Positive behavioural support Iprovide wellbeing sessions that are focused around individuals of all ages and abilities.
My child is struggling at school, has low self esteem or mood changes.
Having an endorsed Dbs, safeguarding and experience with working with children from a young age I provide individual and group mindfulness sessions. Encouraging their own mindfulness toolbox that will last them their entire life.
