Take a gentle pause and reconnect with yourself.
I am now offering a free 30-minute introductory wellbeing session, designed to give you a calm, supportive introduction to mindfulness, meditation, and personal and spiritual development.
This one-to-one online session is a space to slow down, breathe, and gently explore practical tools that support relaxation, emotional balance, and self-awareness. The session is guided, accessible, and tailored to where you are right now — no prior experience is needed.
During the introductory session, we may explore:
- Simple grounding and calming techniques
- Gentle mindfulness and breath awareness
- Ways to soothe the nervous system
- Creating space to tune into your own needs
What happens next (optional):
After the free introductory session, you have the option to continue with a supportive wellbeing programme:
6 x 30-minute one-to-one online sessions
Spread over 6 weeks (or at a pace that suits you)
£120 total
These sessions offer ongoing mentorship, emotional support, and practical tools to help you feel calmer, more centred, and more connected to yourself.
All sessions are held online and are completely confidential.
A gentle starting point — no pressure, just support.

Being qualified in autism awareness and Positive behavioural support Iprovide wellbeing sessions that are focused around individuals of all ages and abilities.
My child is struggling at school, has low self esteem or mood changes.
Having an endorsed Dbs, safeguarding and experience with working with children from a young age I provide individual and group mindfulness sessions. Encouraging their own mindfulness toolbox that will last them their entire life.
